Width around neck - approx. 23 inches (58.5 cm) Width at widest point, not accounting for Velcro overlap - 28 inches (71 cm). My girl measures 27 inches around her chest and it is now too small for her, so my guess would be that this would best suit a dog at 25 inches or less.
