I was a walk in and the beautician was sitting in her chair and asked could she help me and I told her I needed a haircut. She told me there was two ahead of me and it would be a 45 minute wait. There was no one in the salon waiting. I came back 15 minutes later and she’s still sitting in her chair. I’ve been getting haircuts there for a long time and always leave a good tip. But I’ll never go back. They lost a good customer. She could’ve cut my hair in 15 minutes.

Unfortunately it’s under new management and not accepting any Smart Style coupons. They also did away with the punch cards for frequent customers. I e-mailed there corporate office questioning the franchise owner doing away with these little perks and still haven’t received a response.
